Cheryl does her job well. She was professional and yet personable too. I would recommend her if your trying to sell a home.

We were selling in South Carolina and buying while getting ready to move to Michigan and Cheryl was absolutely on point every step of the way. She kept in contact with our South Carolina realtor as well as our ender in Michigan to make sure everyone was on the same page about timing of closing and times of inspections for both properties. She explained everything about the home buying process in Michigan. She told us what to expect during each step of the process. She ultimately found us the perfect house in the perfect location and closed the deal. Even after the close she keeps going the extra mile, dropping off paperwork for us and checking on us while we make this huge transition with our two children. I most definitely would recommend her to others and if my husband and I could give her more than 5 Stars we absolutely would. She has definitely made the home buying process a seamless one.
